Sony developed a Playstation-VR headset compatible with PS4 in 2016. With an exciting code name “ Project Morpheus”, Sony bedazzled the world with PS-VR that could run Playstation-4 titles smoothly. This was better than connecting the VR headset to a high-end PC as PS-4 is a popular console owned by millions.
PS-VR comes with a processor box that enables video output to the television and a 3D sound system with a 3.5mm jack. Moreover, Playstation VR has a display of 1080pixels, credit to its 5.7 inches OLED screen.
Sony launched a newer version of PS-VR with small tweaks called the CUH-ZVR2 model which was slimmer and could process HDR videos.
